PHELAN Thomas Patrick (Tom), Monkstown, Co. Dublin, (formerly of Phelan Prescott & Co.) - October 26, 2018, peacefully, at home. Much loved husband of Antoinette (Toni), beloved father of Orla, Ronan, Diarmuid Rossa and Emer and loving brother to Ann. Devoted grandfather to his twelve grandchildren: Sadhbh, Hugh, Finn, Macha, Ferdia, Aifric, Conn, Leo, Fionn, Diarmuid, Fiach and Sorcha. Very sadly missed by Brendan, Aoife, Hugh, Elaine, Fr Bill, Desmond and his extended family and friends. Reposing at the Carnegie Funeral Home, Monkstown Crescent on Monday October 29 from 4pm - 6pm. Funeral Mass Tuesday October 30 in Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock, County Dublin at 10.00am.
