MCCARTHY -

Mia, (née Milner), (Sutton and formerly of Bristol), 3rd February 2026, peacefully in Beaumont Hospital in her 97th year, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her adored husband Eoin, and her son Maurice.

Mia will be very sadly missed by her sons and daughters Monica, Catriona, Eoin, Ruth and Mianne, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law Serge (Hagège), Paula (Kingston), Thomas (Moll), and Darren (Webster), grandchildren Meoin and her partner Fred, Lucille and her partner Jean Baptiste, Gregory, Sebastian, Pia, Alexander and his wife Carla, Laura Claire and her partner Juan Albert, Dehlia, Cayetana and Cormac (Alvaro), great grandchild Nina, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Removal on Friday 6th February to the Church of the Resurrection, Bayside, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in St. Fintans Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Merchants Quay
