I am so sorry to hear recently of John's death. I worked in his office in Rathgar with him on my gap year a few years ago while studying architecture. He made me feel very welcome while I was there, it meant a lot to me starting my career. He was a very kind man and thoroughly enjoyed his chatty nature , sharp wit and curious mind. My sincerest condolences to all the family.
