Dr. Michelle Costello-Smith, Castlehill, Summerbank, Oldcastle, Co. Meath, formerly of Tullerboy House, Athlacca, Co Limerick, 4th February 2026, peacefully at The Hermitage Medical Clinic, under the exceptional care of the doctors, nurses and staff of St Marks Ward, surrounded by her heartbroken family.

Pre-deceased by her father Michael, deeply mourned by her heartbroken husband Peter, her son Peter, daughter Grace, mother Tess, sisters Georgina, Caroline, Heather, Therese, brother Edwin, brothers-in-law and Edwins partner, cousin and best friend Marcia, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, wonderful friends and neighbours.
