GIBSON Alistair Robert March 16, 2019, suddenly, (late of Castlehill Road, Belfast, formerly of Tullyglass Park, Ballymena) - Son of the late Bertie and Esmè. Beloved husband of Jo and loving father of Jack and Angus and dear brother of Catherine and David. Lovingly remembered by his family and a wide circle of friends. A cremation will be held at Roselawn Crematorium on Monday, March 25 at 1.00pm followed by a celebration of his life from 2.00pm approximately at the Culloden Estate and Spa, Holywood. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to James Henry Funeral Services, 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena BT43 6EE for The Freeman Heart and Lung TransplantAssociation.

Please accept my condolences. I have very fond memories of working with Alistair in Ulverston. Every now and then you come across a vet with that something extra and he was one of the best. He will be sorely missed.​Graeme Meikle.

So saddened to here this news. Alistair carried out his first cutting balloon valvuloplast​y with stent 4 years ago on our boxer, Ruby. She remains healthy only due to his intervention and willingness to try new things. He will be missed.
