CHEVRON (Ryan) Philip (Member of the Pogues and The Radiators), (Dublin and Nottingham) - October 8, 2013, (At Home), after a long illness, very bravely borne, in the care of St. Francis Hospice; sadly missed by his heartbroken mother Christine, sister Deborah (Blacoe), uncle William, niece Serena, nephew David, brother-in-law Gerry, extended family and a wide circle of friends and loyal fans. R.I.P. A Humanist Service to celebrate Philip's life will be held in The Mansion House, Dublin this Saturday 12th October at 11 o'clock Burial immediately afterwards in Dardistown Cemetery. CHEVRON Philip - (Musician/Writer, Pogues, Radiators/Trouble Pilgrims) - On this Phil's First Anniversary, October 8, his mother Christine Ryan and sister Deborah Blacoe together with all his family, wish to pay tribute to all those who helped during his long illness and since his death. Thanks to all the performers and backstage crew who gave their time so generously for Phil's Testimonial concert at the Olympia Theatre in August 2013. Thanks also to the management and members of U2 for their generosity. To his colleagues in the Pogues and the Radiators, in particular Steve Averill, Pete Holidai and Mark Addis. To Paddy McPoland for his continued support. To St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, particularly Phil's special nurse Yvonne. To all at the Mansion House, Dublin for their help with the funeral and to Susie Kennedy of the Humanist Society. To the President of Ireland Michael D. Higgins, represented by his ADC Capt. Comerford. To all who attended the funeral or sent messages of sympathy. And to Philip's loyal and special fans who remain a constant inspiration to his family."Absence,
