HAYES, Fr. James (Jim) S.J. - January 31, 2016, (peacefully), in the professional and compassionate care of the dedicated staff of Cherryfield Lodge Nursing Home, Milltown Park, Fr. James (Jim) Hayes SJ, late of Pery Square, Limerick; sadly missed and deeply regretted by his loving family, brother Harry (Australia), sisters Thérèse Hurley, sister-in-law Els and brother-in-law John, his nieces and nephews, Niamh, Ian, Fiona and Eimear Hurley, Hans and Ian Hayes, and their families, a wide circle of friends and his Jesuit Companions. Pre-deceased by his sister Mary and nephew Ewin. A Memorial Mass will take place on Friday February 5 at 12:00pm in the Jesuit Community Chapel at Milltown Park. Donations to the National Council for the Blind (NCBI) in lieu of flowers.Requiescat in pace

I recall Fr Hayes as a curate at St John's in Islington. He was ver for many years and good at visiting the sick. May he rest in Peace John O'Loughlin London
