TWOMEY, Michael (Mike) (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and founder of Computer Resources and director of Quantum Software) February 16, 2024 – peacefully, surrounded by his family, in the tender care of the staff of Blackrock Hospice and previously in the care of St Vincents Private Hospital. Beloved and cherishing husband of Therese and much loved father of Karen (Fields), Michelle (Robinson) and David and grandfather of Guy, Callie, Darcey, Victoria, Alice, Elizabeth, Emily, Matthew and Isabelle. Sadly missed by his sisters Joan, Freida and Marion, sons-in-law Greg and Alan, daughter-in-law Julie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Reposing at Rom Massey and Sons Funeral Home, 6 Cranford Centre, Stillorgan Road, Dublin 4, D04 X446 (opposite UCD Flyover), tomorrow (Tuesday) evening, February 20, from 5 pm to 7 pm. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, February 21 at 11am at the Church of St. Philip and St. James, Cross Avenue, A94 VR80, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D6W HY98. For those unable to attend, the Mass will be streamed live at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSpz-tdl448, and the cremation prayers at 1pm approx. at https://www.mountjerome.ie/victorian-chapel-service/. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, to Blackrock Hospice through church collection on Wednesday.
