GALLAGHER, Dr. Edward (Eddie) Blackrock, Co. Dublin (formerly Castletown, Geoghegan) Passed away on 20th November 2024 unexpectedly but peacefully with his family around him at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved husband of Eileen. Dearly missed by his son Rowan and daughter Ciara, son-in-law Patrick and daughter-in-law Jaala, his grandchildren, Hadley, Mabel, Rufus and Esme, sisters, Sr. Philomena and Sr. Carmel. Predeceased by his brother Oliver, sister Marie, and brother-in-law Tony. Eddie will be reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Goatstown, (D14 X348) today, (26th November) from 5pm to 7pm. Eddie’s funeral mass will take place tomorrow morning (27th November) in the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion at 10am followed by committal service at the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome. Family flowers only, Donations if desired to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland or My Lovely Horse Rescue. All enquiries to Massey Bros., Blackrock on (01) 280 4454. May Eddie Rest in Peace.
