HIGBEE Rosemary Shelagh (née Anderson), (Kilmeaden, Co. Waterford, age ninety-five passed away peacefully March 16, 2019 after a short illness. Much loved mother of Sarah. Will be sadly missed by son-in-law Patrick and her sister Mary Dawn, nephew, nieces, extended family and friends. House Private. Reposing at Thompson's Funeral Home, Barrack Street on Saturday (March 23) from 12.30 pm followed by removal to Christ Church, Tramore for Funeral Service at 2.30 pm. Burial afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery, Kilmeaden.
