MAHER (Hollywell, Carrick- on-Shannon) - January 9, 2012 (suddenly) in Lanzarote. Tom; deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Rosaleen, sons Conor, Ronan and Tom, daughter Claire, daughters-in-law Susan, Melanie and Grainne, son-in-law John and his seven loving grand- children, relatives and many friends. RIP. Reposing at his home (Hollywell) from 12 o'c tomorrow (Sunday) until 4 o'c with Removal to St. Mary's Church, Carrick-on-Shannon arriving at 7 o'clock Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 12 o'c with Funeral afterwards to St. Mary's Cemetery. No flowers by request please. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to Irish Cancer Society. House private from 4 o'c tomorrow (Sunday) evening please.

We would like to express our grateful thanks to all who came to say goodbye to him at his home, to those who attended his removal and funeral Mass and those who sent cards & letters. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. First Anniversary Mass at 8pm this Saturday at St Mary's Church, Carrick-on-Shannon.Rest in peace Tom

<p>A True Gentleman</p> <p>Such a shock! I cannot believe the next time we go to Carrick Tom will not be there. I thank him for all the help he has given and for his friendship through the years we have spent on the Shannon. Tom lives on in our memories.</p>
