RICHMOND, Arthur (Art), - August 30, 2018 (formerly of Glasnevin), in Tampa Florida, in his ninety first year after a short illness. Very sadly regretted by his daughter Patty, son-in-law Gilbert, grandchildren Nicky and Kevin, siblings John, Dorothy and Edmond, nephews, nieces and sisters-in-law. May he rest in peace.
