REID, Richard (Rathgar, Dublin 6) - June 7, 2016, (peacefully), in Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray, loving husband of Mary, dear Dad of Frances, Graham, Chris and Martin, adored grandfather of Christina, Emily, Rachel, Sarah, Alison, Maeve, Fiona, Jessie and Ellen and great-grandfather of Lizzie and Rebecca; he will be sadly missed. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Cairnhill for their excellent care. Reposing at Colliers's Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday). Cremation private, prior to a Service of Thanksgiving in Christ Church, Rathgar, Dublin 6 on Saturday, June 11 at 11.30 am. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to Down Syndrome Ireland, can be made at the church.
