Dublin) - March 10, 2012, (suddenly), at home, Jak (John), beloved husband of Elaine, loving father of Gillian, Jonathon and Justin; very sadly missed by his wife, children, his mother Myra, brothers Christopher and Gerard, sisters Anita and Irene, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing tomorrow (Thursday) in Quinns of Glasthule from 5 o'clock - 7 o'clock Removal on Friday to the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock arriving at 10.50 o'clock for 11 o'clock funeral Mass followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. House private. No flowers please. Donations if desired to the Irish Heart Foundation.
