O'BRIEN - Eithne, (born 1934), died peacefully in the lovely city of Libourne, France, after a short illness and a successful, vigorous life. Survived by children Mark, Neil, John and Catherine, companion Olivier Lahy, and nieces Elizabeth, Mary, and Anna, and nephew Julian.

She is sadly missed by grandchildren Julia, Ian, Hugh, and Christian, grandnieces Rosa, Leah, Grace, Eve Margaret, and grandnephews Alexander, Joseph, Ewan, and Matthew.

A memorial service will be held when the family returns to Ireland next summer. Her sister Peggy died in 1999, and former husband Hugh Munro died in 1991.
