GALLAGHER, Seán (Glasnevin, Dublin) April 20, 2020 peacefully, after a brave fight, with his family in attendance, Seán beloved husband of Noelle and dear father of Niamh, John, Hugh and Aifric. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, sons, brother Colm, grandchildren Pearse and Nora, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, son-in-law Stephen, extended family, relatives and friends. Suaimhneas síoraí A private family funeral will take place due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. Funeral Mass will be streamed on The St. Francis Xavier Church, Gardiner Street website tomorrow (Friday) morning at 11am. Those who would like to have attended the funeral but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave your personal message in the “Condolences” section of iristimes.com. Special thanks to the staff of Mater Hospital ICU for the exceptional care shown to Seán during his illness. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to The Mater Foundation.
