FINNEGAN, Joseph Gerald (Bray Co. Wicklow, former President of the High Court and Judge of the Supreme Court) - December 16, 2023, peacefully, after a short illness, borne with characteristic good humour, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Kay, loving father of Gerald, Yvonne, Hazel and Charlotte, adored grandfather of Joe, Ally, Charlotte, Rosamund and William. Sadly missed by his sister Marie Bailey, daughter-in-law Alma, sons-in-law Barney and Paul and Charlotte’s partner Eoin, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Friday (December 22) from 5.00pm-7.00pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday (December 23) at 10.00am in the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street, Bray followed by burial in Kilternan Cemetery Park, Ballycorus Road. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Cancer Trials Ireland or Mara Elephant Project. May he rest in peace
