BAXTER - Helen (née Carroll) (Longford) (Died July 5, 2023) – On this, Helen’s first anniversary, her son and daughter, Fr Turlough and Carol, brother, Fr Anthony and her wider family wish to thank most sincerely the friends, neighbours and colleagues who sympathised with them on their sad loss, attended Helen’s reposing or funeral, visited her house or sent messages of sympathy. They would like to thank Fr James MacKiernan who preached at Helen’s funeral Mass, Rev Simon Scott and Rev Christiaan Snell who led prayers, as well as the priests of Ardagh and Clonmacnois diocese who attended her funeral ceremonies. Thanks also to Fintan Farrelly and Corrinne McCormack Bushell for the beautiful music at her funeral Mass. A special thanks to Glennon’s Funeral Directors who took care of Helen’s funeral and burial so professionally. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. This notice is in loving memory also of her husband, James, who died on July 2, 2020 and her brothers, Rev Dr Tom Carroll who died on July 2, 2002, and Rev Dr Gerard Carroll who died on July 5, 2021.
