ROONEY - Eileen (née Toner) (late of Carlisle, England and Raheny Dublin), suddenly at Lusk Community Unit. Beloved wife of the late Luke and much-loved mother of Patricia, Neil, Mark and the late Catherine. Very sadly missed by her daughter, sons and extended family. Lying in repose from 4.00pm to 6.00pm today (Wednesday) in Fitzgerald’s Funeral Home, Bayside Square, Sutton, Dublin 13. Requiem Mass at 11.30 am tomorrrow (Thursday) in Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace, Raheny. Family flowers only. Donations, in lieu to The Alzheimers Society.

On this, Mam's first Anniversary (August 26, 2022) we would like to extend our warmest appreciation to all of you who came to the funeral home and funeral Mass. Along with the Mass and sympathy cards, it also gave us great comfort to see how many people had such special memories of Mam to share online and in person. Many thanks to Morgan Crowley and Mary Flaherty for their beautiful music which made the Mass so uplifting, along with Fr. Mick Cullen of Raheny Parish.
