O'KEEFFE (Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Beechpark Rd. Foxrock) - May, 22, 2014, (peacefully), and in the wonderful and loving care of the nurses and staff of St. Theresa's Nursing Home, Dublin Rd., Thurles in her 95th year, Mary (née Walshe), beloved widow of the late Seamus, mother of James and grandmother of Aoife, Ciara and Seamie. Sadly missed by her sister Teresa, brother Michael, sisters-in-law, Eileen and Patricia, Betty, Carmel, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. R.I.P. A memorial Mass will be celebrated for Mary at 11 am. on Saturday, May 31 at The Cathedral of The Assumption, Thurles. Mary gifted her remains to The Medical School, UCD, Dublin.
