CHAMBERS, - Gerald (Gerry)(Rathfarnham), October 11th 2017, at St. Vincent's University Hospital. Dearly beloved husband of June and loving and much loved father of Mark, Amanda and Patrick. Dear Granpa of Luke and Holly, Rupert, Elliot, Jonathan and Alexander. He will be sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Suzanne and Patrick's partner Lee. Funeral Service on Monday (October 16) at 11 o'clock in Rathfarnham Parish Church, Rathfarnham Village, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only, please. House private.
