FITZPATRICK Tom (Howth, Co. Dublin, who passed away on December 10, 2010) - On the First Anniversary of Tom's death, Orna, Niamh, Eilis and Roisin would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all those who sympathised with us on the loss of our beloved Dad. We sincerely thank all those who attended the removal and funeral Mass, sent cards, letters and messages of comfort. Our deepest gratitude goes to the medical and nursing staff of Beaumont Hospital, St. Francis Hospice, Dr. Mark Holmes and Howth Health Centre for the kindness and respect they gave Tom while caring for him during his short illness. We are especially grateful to Fr. Sean Melody and to the priests of Howth Parish for making the funeral Mass so memorable. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
