MATTHEWS, David Charles (Sandymount) - 21 April 2024 (peacefully), at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, beloved husband and best friend of Joy, much loved father of Jonathan, Michele and Elaine, adored grandfather of Jade, Killian, Chale, and Zola. Loved and remembered by his family, brother Robert, son-in-law Remy, daughter-in-law Michelle, sisters-in-law Valerie and Sylvaine, brother-in-law Robin, nieces, nephews, the extended family and a wide circle of friends. Pre-deceased by his sister Noreen, brothers Walter, William and Albert. Funeral Service on Wednesday (April 24) at 4pm in Mount Jerome Victorian Chapel, Harold’s Cross. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Royal Hospital Donnybrook. "Abide with me."
