O'FLAHERTY - Una (Drumcondra, Dublin 9), (April 27, 2020). As Una’s first anniversary approaches, her daughter Triona, sons Tadg, Micheál and Rónán, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to our extended family, friends, neighbours and colleagues and to all who sympathised on our sad loss. The many Mass cards, floral tributes, messages and letters of condolence and other expressions of sympathy were greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Rita, Matthew, Tom and their team in Newpark Care Centre for their care of and many kindnesses to Una while she was resident in Newpark, particularly in her final days. We would also like to thank Monsignor Martin O’Shea, Corpus Christi Church, Drumcondra for conducting such a special prayer service in very restricted circumstances and to Organist Deirdre Comer for her well-chosen selection of music. We also extend our thanks to Staffords Funeral Home, Malahide Road for their kind assistance.
The kindness and support shown to us will always be remembered.
