KAVANAGH - Liam, Wicklow Town. Margaret, Rosemary and extended family of the late Liam Kavanagh of Wicklow Town would like express their gratitude to all those who sympathised with them in person and online. We offer our heartfelt thanks to those who attended the funeral home, funeral Mass and burial and those who joined online via the Web Cam. Thank you for the Mass cards and lovely letters and messages of support which we received. Our most heartfelt thanks to the Staff of St. Vincent’s Hospital, Liam’s carers from Caremark and Home Instead and Flannery’s Funeral Directors. Thank you to Fr. Roche, Liam Kinsella and Brid Pedreschi for the beautiful service. Special thanks to President Michael D. Higgins & Taoiseach Michéal Martin who were represented by their aide de camp at the funeral and members of the Labour Party who were in attendance. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Liam’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on January 15 (Saturday) at 6pm in St. Patrick’s Church Wicklow Town and can be viewed on www.wicklowparish.ie.
