CONVERY, Grace (née Foran) died October 3, 2013 - On this the First Anniversary of Grace's death her extended family wish to thank all those who sympathised with us on the loss of our mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Thanks to all the neighbours and friends who sent Mass cards, letters of condolence and support. Our heartfelt thanks to the nurses and doctors at Tallaght Hospital, particularly Professor Conlon and Mr. McDermott and their teams, and to Dr. Cunningham and her team at St. Luke's Hospital for the wonderful care and kindness shown to Grace. Thanks also to the nursing staff at St. James' ICU for helping Grace and the family through her final days. We thank Fanagans Funeral Directors in Tallaght for their professionalism and empathy with the funeral arrangements. Special thanks to Fr. Pat McKinley for all the support, the funeral Mass and the interment service, and to Fr. Paul Ludden for his support. We trust this acknowledgement will be taken as a token of our sincere gratitude to all. Mass will be offered for your intentions. May Grace Rest In Peace.
