CLEARY Thomas Flannan (Bonavalley, Athone), dearly beloved eldest son of Flan and Maura, cherished brother of Deirdre, Brian, Finola and Niall. (Duine le Dia) R.I.P. Tommo returned to God on October 10, 2017. He brought happiness to the lives of so many. He died in the compassionate and tender care of the staff at "Lion's Head", Tullyallen. For many years he was lovingly cared for by the staff of St. Mary's, Drumcar (St. John of God). Following Mass of the Resurrection at the Church of the Risen Christ, Ballybay, Tommo was laid to rest in Kiltoom Cemetery. A Month's Memory Mass for Tommo will be celebrated on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at 11.30 o'clock in St. Mary's Church, Athlone.
