DOWNEY, George Henry (The Gate Lodge, Killeen Castle, Dunsany, Co Meath, C15Y316) - June 12, 2020, aged 3 years, peacefully at home, in the arms of his heartbroken parents Richard and Dorene. Our superhero George will be greatly missed by his devoted parents, his grandparents John and Noelle Downey and Frank and Carol Mallon, uncles, aunties, loving cousins and his many close friends and neighbours. Due to continued government restrictions, a private Mass of the Angels will take place with a memorial service at a later date. The funeral cortege will leave the family home on Monday at 12 noon travelling through the grounds of Killeen Castle, exiting at the Loughmore Avenue gate enroute to the Church of the Assumption, Dunsany, arriving at 12.30.
