<p>sincere sympathy to the O'Neill Family</p> <p>I would like to offer sincere condolences to the family of the late Paul O'Neill upon the death of Paul. Unfortunately I am in Malawi, Central Africa at present and will not have finished my assignment here until next week. I would particularly like to sympathise with Paul's mother Margaret. My name is Bro Martin Taylor and I am the chaplain of STEP Enterprises. I have gotten to know Paul in the last few years and would always consider him a good character and a gentle soul who lived life in his own inimitable way.
