DAMERY, Séan (John Valentine), (Blackrock, Co. Dublin formerly of Cobh, Co. Cork) July 12, 2018 in his 99th year, (peacefully) in the tender care of Sr. Bernadette and all the wonderful staff of Our Lady’s Manor, Dalkey. Beloved husband of the late Maura, much loved father of Ailene (Faichney) and Trudi (McGovern), dear father-in-law of Peter and Martin, and adored grandfather and great-grandfather. A proud Cobh man who lived life to the fullest. A private family funeral will take place today (Saturday). Donations, if desired, to Our Lady’s Manor, Dalkey. The world was full of work to do but now, a little rest. “Go n-éirí an bóthar leat.”
