CROWLEY Donal F. (Lt. Col. retd.) (died December 13, 2010) - On the First Anniversary of his death Donal's wife Kay, daughters Sharon, Jan, Elva and son Ross would like to say a very special thank you to all who supported us over the past year. To relatives, friends, neighbours and army colleagues who travelled in severe weather conditions to attend the funeral and to those who wrote letters, sent cards, flowers and messages of sympathy. Many thanks to Army Chaplin Mons. Eoin Tynne and to Fr. Conway and his staff at St. John the Baptist Church, Blackrock, to the doctors and staff at St. Michael's Hospital and to the matron and staff at Dalkey Respite Centre who looked after Donal over his final years. Thanks to the army military police who provided the bearer party at the church and cemetery and to the piper who played the lament in the snow at Shanganagh. Donal would have loved it all. May he rest in peace. Please accept this acknowledgement as a expression of our heartfelt thanks and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
