PHILLIPS, Michael (Dublin and Galway) - November 3, 2011 (peacefully) at the Blackrock Hospice. Deeply regretted by his wife Madeleine, daughters Jeanne-Marie and Emma, son-in-law Prag, granddaughter Maia Aisling, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Removal this (Friday) evening to Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount arriving at 5 o'clock. Funeral tomorrow after 10 o'clock Mass to Forthill Cemetery, Galway arriving at 2.30 o'clock approx. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to the Blackrock Hospice.
