HEADE Patrick (Pat/Paddy) Rathfarnham, Dublin, who died on January 28, 2012 - On this Patrick's first Birthday away from home, his loving wife Jennifer, daughter Rebecca, son Brendan, Mam Sheila, sisters Barbara, Monica, Angela and his extended family together with the Daly family would like to thank most sincerely all those who gave their love and support during Patrick's illness and sudden passing. Sincere thanks to our exceptional friends of 10cc, Crumlin Bowling Club and the Bowling fraternity, Patrick's classmates of Belvedere College, B Comm. UCD College friends of '89, his works colleagues of Britvic Ireland and Diageo. And to the many worldwide friends from our previous homes in London, Singapore and to our current neighbours in Rathfarnham. Heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Ray McDermott and the dedicated doctors, nurses and staff of Tallaght Hospitals Day Oncology Ward. To Kay and the staff of Maguire ward; Patrick's beloved second home. To Valerie, Dr. George Mellotte and his team, the Dialysis unit, the Stem Cell Team in St. James's Hospital and all those who meticulously cared for Patrick during his illness. Special thanks to Monsignor John Kennedy who travelled from the Vatican to celebrate Patrick's funeral and months mind, to Fr. Martin Noone, Fr. Bruce Bradley S.J., Sr. Maria, The Beaufort choir, The Keogh Family, Geraldine Connell-Laffan, Noreen O'Riordan, The Pupils and staff of Loreto Beaufort and St. Joseph's B.N.S. Terenure for making Patrick's funeral ceremony a truly personal experience. To all who attended the Funeral, Months Mind, Shave or Dye and ran The Great Ireland Run; sincere thanks and well done for the large donations made to The Irish Cancer Society in Patrick's memory. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. A Mass will be offered for your intentions. And finally to Patrick, thank you for sharing your short life with us, thank you for our two beautiful children and thank you for being my soul mate. You'll never walk alone.
