MULDOWNEY - Captain Gilbert, - Ballinameen, Boyle, Co. Roscommon and Lucan, Co. Dublin. On 25th January, 2026, fulfilling his duty and doing what he loved in Northumbria, England. Late of 129 (Dragon) Battery, 4th Regiment Royal Artillery.

Immeasurably mourned by his parents Meg and David, sisters Rachel and Kate, grandfather Fred, aunties, uncles, cousins, extended family, goddaughter Katie, a large circle of friends, and fellow brothers and sisters in arms. In loving memory of a life so richly lived and a heart so deeply loved. Removal from the family home on Saturday, 7th February, at 12.30pm, carried shoulder high, to St Attractas Church, Ballinameen, F52 XT78 arriving at 12.45pm for Con-celebrated Mass of the Resurrection at 1.00pm. Gilbert will be laid to rest afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be livestreamed, to watch go to https://www.facebook.com/bradys
