FORDE Sighle (née Garavan) (The Square and late Clare Street, Ballyhaunis) - March 14, 2013, at the Bon Secours Hospital Galway, deeply regretted by her devoted and loving husband John, her children Tom (Ballyhaunis), John (Wexford), Dora Gilhawley (Arklow), Sheena Higgins (Claremorris), Bryan (Maynooth) and Henry (Galway), brothers Charles and Edward, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, her nine grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at her home, The Square, Ballyhaunis today (Friday) from 2 o'clock until 10 o'clock. Removal to St Patrick's Church, Ballyhaunis at 10.30 tomorrow (Saturday) to arrive for Mass at 11 o'clock. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Bon Secours Hospital Galway. House private on Saturday morning.

FORDE (née Garavan) Sighle (The Square, Ballyhaunis, Co Mayo, deceased March 14, 2013 - On the occasion of Sighle's First Anniversary, her loving husband John, sons Tom (Ballyhaunis), John (Wexford), Bryan (Maynooth) and Henry (Galway), daughters Dora Gilhawley (Arklow) Sheena Higgins (Claremorris), brothers Charles and Edward (Galway) and extended family wish to express their gratitude and deepest appreciation to all those who supported and sympathised with them on the very sad loss of wife and Mother Sighle. Sincere thanks and appreciation to all Personal friends and family of John and Sighle and work colleagues and acquaintances of the family who travelled long distances to pay their respects on both days, reposing in the Square, then the removal to St. Patrick's Church, attend the funeral Mass and celebrated her life afterwards at her home in the Square. Thank you most sincerely to Fr. Farragher for his support to the family and his kind words at Sighle's Homily and prayers at her resting place. A special thanks to The Choir led by Mira Delaney, The President, Captain and members of the Ballyhaunis Golf Club for the guard of honour on both days. The Funeral Directors Donnellan's for their professionalism. Dr. Michael Cleary (GP), The doctors, nurses and all staff at the Bons Secours Hospital (Galway). Our thanks to our friends, neighbours, and all our loyal customers who expressed their condolences with the family in her home and attended the removal, the funeral Mass, and those who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy, floral tributes and donations. Our thanks extends to Bridie, Mary, Noreen, Anita, Kathy, Patricia and Helen, The sacristan, Mass servers, Mike Griffin (Traffic control), Mike Byrne (Obituary) florist and caterer, those who prepared the grave for Sighle's final farewell. This acknowledgement is a token of our appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. Sighle's First Anniversary will take place on Sunday 16th March 2014 at 10.00am in St. Patrick's Church, Ballyhaunis.

<p>Deepest Sympathy</p> <p>So sorry John to learn that Sighle passed away.
