DONNELLY, Heather (bibliophil extraordinairè, scholar, exemplar) died, aged 87, on the 10th April, 2014, sister to her grieving brother Dr. Arthur C. Donnelly. Deservedly loved, and loving daughter of the late Ada (née Carr) et Arthur J. Donnelly, MA, BSc., (Math. Physics), Barrister at law, Revenue Commissioner, retd., who formerly served in H.M. Office of the Chief Secretary for Ireland, Dublin Castle, Colonial Office, London: the last U.K. official at the Vice-Regal Lodge. Private funeral Mass celebrated by Fr. Tony Darragh, with Canon F.
