COCKBURN, Don (September 5, 2017) - On the First Anniversary of his death, Evelyn and John, together with Don's beloved grandchildren, son-in-law, daughter-in-law and extended family would like to express gratitude to all who sympathised at the time of his passing. Thanks to everyone who called to Don's home the day before the funeral; to those who came to the Funeral Mass and everyone who sent flowers, Mass Cards, very comforting letters and messages of sympathy; to the life-long friends who were so supportive at the time and ever since; to Don's many long-standing workmates in RTE and Dublin Corporation; to his wonderful neighbours and cherished community in Mt Merrion; to Chief Celebrant Fr Tony Coote, the Concelebrants and all who helped pay tribute to Don in a very special way; to the staff of St Vincent's University Hospital, for their wonderful care in Don's final days and all the team at Fanagan's Funeral Directors for their kindness and professionalism. Your combined support kept us standing. Sincere thanks to everyone from us all.
