HOFFMAN, (Dalkey, Co. Dublin) - August 16, 2014, (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff in the ICU unit at St. Vincent's University Hospital, Elm Park, David, dearly beloved and devoted father to Jake and Ben, beloved son of Heather and the late Louis. He will be very sadly missed by his loving sons, mother, sisters Susan and Ruth, brother Louis, nephew Sam, Orlaith (mother of Jake and Ben), life-long friend Kieran and all of his family and friends. May he Rest in Peace. Resposing at Patrick O'Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin (opp. Sallynoggin Church). Removal tomorrow (Tuesday) morning to the Church of the Assumption, B.V.M, Dalkey, arriving at 9.50 o'clock. Funeral immediately after 10 o'clock Requiem Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, D6. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Blackrock Hospice.
