McAVINUE, (née Garvey) Kathleen (Kilmacud, Co. Dublin and Ballinknockane, Co. Kerry), December 2, 2016, (peacefully), after a short illness in the exemplary care of her doctors and nursing staff at St. Vincent's Private Hospital. Wife of the late Bernard and mother of the late Caroline. Loving mother of Deirdre, Rory, Bernard and Donal. Very sadly missed by her daughter and sons, her daughters-in-law Nuala, Primi and Pauline, her sisters Sr. Maire (deceased), Helen and Teresa, her brothers Sean and Páid, her grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and many friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing this (Monday) afternoon at Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown from 3pm prior to her removal to Church of St. Laurence O'Toole, Kilmacud arriving at 5pm. Funeral tomorrow (Tuesday) after 10am Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to the Hospice foundation. Do dhá laimh a Chríost, anall tharam
