GALVIN, (Swords, Dublin) - March 18, 2019, Sister Ellen R.S.C., peacefully, at LOYOLA Nursing Home, Merrion Road, daughter of the late Amelila (née Carpenter) and John Galvin. Deeply regretted by her sisters Sr. Noél and Rita, brothers Wally and Noel, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, all Religious Sisters of Charity and friends. Rest in Peace. Requiem Mass today (Tuesday) at 11 o’clock in St Mary's Centre, Merrion Road, followed by burial in the community cemetery, Donnybrook.

Sr Ellen was a wonderful woman and you can be proud of her. I knew her from Plater College and wondered why I no longer heard from her and now I know. My condolences to you all. She was a shining example to all RIP Ellen
