O'HERLIHY, Dr. Brian P. (Blackrock, Co. Dublin), died November 23, 2011 - Brian's wife Esther and her sons and daughters and extended family would like to thank all those who supported them during his illness and those who sympathised with them, attended his Requiem Mass and sent Mass cards and letters at the time of his death. Thanks to Dr. Brian Maura, Dr. David Keane, Mr. David Quinlan, Dr. Ray McDermott, the nurses and staff of Blackrock Clinic and St. Vincent's Private Hospital who cared for Brian with such kindness and respect. We would also like to express our gratitude to his colleagues in the former Eastern Health Board and HSE for their kind words and who attended his funeral in such large numbers. Finally, we would like to thank Brian's many wonderful friends and neighbours who were such a source of comfort and support while he was ill. Please accept this Acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. The holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.May he Rest in Peace.
