MURTAGH -

Gerard (Gerry) (Foxrock, Dublin 18, formerly of Shercock, Co. Cavan and St. Laurence College, Loughlinstown, Dublin 18) Nov. 23, 2025, peacefully, in his 89th year, in the care of Ashbury Nursing Home. Beloved husband of the late Eileen (née OConnell); sadly missed by his son Robert, daughter-in-law Ita, sister Frances (Wolverhampton) and by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his siblings Nancy, Rose, Margaret, Pam, Larry, J.J. and Bridie. Rest In Peace. Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Sunday (Nov.30) from 2.00pm to 4.00pm. Funeral arriving at the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock on Monday (Dec.1) at 9.40am, with Reception Prayers at 9.45am, followed by words of appreciation from the family at 9.50am. Gerrys Funeral Mass will commence at 10.00am with burial thereafter in Shanganagh Cemetery.
