EGAN, Johnny died on December 14, 2015 at St. James's Hospital after a short illness - As we remember Johnny on the First Anniversary of his death, wife Betty, daughters Marge, Elaine, Sinead and Liz, son John and grandchildren would like to express heartfelt thanks to all those who supported us after the loss of our beloved Johnny. We thank most sincerely his relatives and good friends for their sympathy and kindness. This includes all who attended his removal, funeral, sent Mass cards and messages of sympathy, those who travelled long distances and his former GAA colleagues who formed a guard of honour. We owe gratitude to the doctors and nurses of St. James's Hospital for their kindness to Johnny. Thank you to Fr. Patrick for celebrating his funeral Mass, Fr. Tom and our parish priest Fr. Gerry, to Gilsenan's Funeral Home, the undertakers and all who helped us through the difficult time. Mass will be offered for your intentions. Anniversary Mass will be held on December 10 at 7.30pm in the Church of St. Nicholas, Multyfarnham, Co. Westmeath.
