O'BRIEN, Ena (Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin), December 14, 2023. Ena was cared for by the dedicated and exceptional staff of St Andrew's ward, SVUH, by the hospital's Infectious Diseases Team and by the hospital's Palliative Care Nursing Team. Ena was a Seapoint swimmer, a GOAL volunteer and an Airfield gardening volunteer. She worked in NET, St Michael's House and DLRCC. Ena was a cherished and beloved aunt to Aisling, Terry, Damien, Barry, Jan, David and Peter. She was the treasured grandaunt of Eoin, Rosa and David. She will be missed so much by her family and many friends. Removal today (Monday) from Quinn's Funeral Home, Glasthule to St Patrick's Church, Carrickbrennan Road, Monkstown, arriving for 10 am Funeral Mass which can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/monkstown followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium for 12 noon. Ena has asked that those attending to wear bright coloured clothes.
