BUTLER, Fintan (Late of Navan Road, Dublin 7) – June 5, 2023, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the exceptional care of all the doctors and nurses in the Mater Hospital. Predeceased by his brother Frank and sister Anne. Beloved husband to Rose and father to Gerry and Owen. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters in law Jeannie and Karena, grandchildren Zahra, Florence, Colten, Hannah and Will, sister in law Anne, brother in law Roy, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his family home tomorrow (Thursday) from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. I am so very sorry to hear of the death of Fintan Butler. He was a kind and gentle and wise coach to me, and all in hockey in Railway Union. My sincere condolences go out to his wife Rose and his sons Ger and Eoin.
