BURKE, Kay (Kathleen)

BURKE, (Cork) on January 21st, 2025 (peacefully) (in her 81st year) in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of Haven Bay Centre, Kinsale, KAY (Kathleen) (nee Lynes) Richmond, Blackrock Road (Retired Physiotherapist), formerly of Thurles & Sligo. Dearly loved and devoted wife of the late Tom, loving sister of Diarmuid and the late Carmel (Sheedy) and sister-in-law of the late Jerry. Sadly missed by her loving brother, nephews Padraig, Diarmuid & Patrick, nieces Derval, Jennifer, Muireann, Grainne and their families, sister-in-law Margaret, the Lynes, O’Callaghan & Heffernan families, godchildren, great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives and friends. Lying in repose at her residence on, Tuesday 28th January, from 4pm with Prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, 29th January, at 10am at St. Joseph’s SMA Church, Blackrock Road. Funeral afterwards to Kilbrogan Cemetery, Bandon. Requiescat in pace.
