GOULANDRIS Captain Alkiviadis Leonardos - died (peacefully) in London, August 8, 2012, aged 70. He was deeply loved and will be desperately missed by his family and his countless friends from far and wide. Funeral to be held at 11.30am Friday August 24th, at the Church of Theo Skepasti in his beloved home village of Chora, in Andros, Greece. A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Sunday September 16th at the Cathedral of St Sophia, Moscow Road, London. Donations in lieu of flowers. For further details please contact J.H. <p>Alki</p> <p>I looked up to Alki as the adored big brother of my best friend Sophia . Our dull schooldays were considerably enlivened by his wit and sense of fun. The many days and evenings I spent in 20, Park Drive were even more enjoyable when Alki was in residence. Unfortunately our paths never crossed in latter years but I shall never forget those mischievous green eyes and that ever-present grin: that is how I will remember him.</p>
