Ballantyne, (Née McLeod) Strandhill Road, Sligo, and formerly of Killybegs, Co. Donegal, 26th January 2019 , peacefully in the loving care of The North West Hospice, Sligo, Gillian. Beloved wife of Frank. Sadly missed by her loving husband, Frank, brother, Chris (UK), sisters, Carol (UK) and Barbara (Belfast), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family and many friends. Reposing at her residence on Monday from 2pm-7pm. House private please at all other times. Removal on Tuesday at 12.30 to Sligo Presbyterian Church, Church St., Sligo, arriving 1pm for funeral service, followed by burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery Scarden. Family flowers only, donations if desired to North West Hospice, c/o Foley & McGowan’s Funeral directors, Market Yard, Sligo. May Gillian’s gentle soul rest in peace.
