LYNG, Thomas (Tommy) (Beaumont, Dublin and formerly of Ceannt Fort, Mount Brown, Dublin 8 and Toronto, Canada) October 3 2021 (peacefully) at home surrounded by his loving family; beloved husband of Esther, loving father of Paul and Allan and grandfather to Chloe and Jessica. Sadly missed by his family, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and many friends and neighbours. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing in Lanigan’s Funeral Home, 21 Beaumont Road today (Tuesday) from 2.00pm to 4.30pm with Prayers at 4.00pm. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) morning to the Church of the Holy Child, Swords Road, Whitehall arriving for Funeral Mass at 10.30am. Burial afterwards in Palmerstown Cemetery. The Church is at 50% capacity but alternatively the Funeral Mass can be seen via the link on R.I.P.ie

I remember going to visit Uncle Tommy, Auntie Esther, Paul and Allan when they lived in Canada. It was always such fun. Uncle Tommy had such a wonderful warm smile. May he rest in peace. Brenda (Lyng) Bateman
