CARSON - Joe (Joel), late of Portaliffe, Killeshandra, Co. Cavan, died on November 20, 2025, peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by his family, at St. Vincent's Hospital, Dublin. Preceded by his parents Edward and Mabel and step-mother Edith. Much loved husband of Sylvia, adored father of Stephen, Niall, Barry and Peter, grandad of Joshua, George, Lana, Charlie, Tom, Henry and Chloe. Lovingly remembered by his sisters Irene and Evelyn and daughters-in-law Tara, Jennifer, Rosie and Shona. Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, H12 RF78, from 4.00pm to 8.00pm on November 25, 2025. Funeral Service at Croghan Presbyterian Church, Killeshandra, Co. Cavan, H12 X983, on November 26, 2025 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the RNLI.
